Streamlined Onboarding at the Employee Wellness Center

Starting a new job can be overwhelming. That’s why the W.B. Guimarin Employee Wellness Center was designed to make onboarding easier, faster, and more welcoming for every new hire.

Through our partnership with Prisma Health, we now have an in house medical facility at our Columbia office. This allows us to complete fit for duty exams and onboarding steps in one convenient location.

This streamlined process not only saves time but also creates a positive first impression. One new employee shared:

Supporting Employee Health & Safety

• Workplace wellness resources to strengthen long-term employee health

• A sick call clinic for employees in need of same-day care
