Returning to the Palmetto State, WBG’s Construction Team welcomes back Deuce Waters to our group taking the seat of Project Manager here in South Carolina.  His astute background in the HVAC mechanical space began in his younger years, becoming versed in residential HVAC installations by the time he had left high school.  In yearning to step into the commercial HVAC, Deuce continued his education at Midlands Technical College obtaining a Certificate in Honors of Industrial Technology & HVAC.

Applying what was taught in the classroom to the working world, Deuce quickly became a lead HVAC installer for the newly formed Small Projects Division within W.B. Guimarin’s Service Department.  Over the years, Deuce pushed to utilize his education coupled with his field experience in working with a variety of team-enriched environments of the likes of military, law enforcement, government, and private sector in developing and executing a wide variety of projects and tasks.

Aside of working with groups outside of WBG, Deuce has been a formidable asset within our group in times past.  His cadence of continued education and leading a team has given him the tools and experience needed to move from Lead HVAC Installer to Safety Director, and now, Project Manager for WBG’s Construction Team.  His education accolades include:
