College of Charleston School of Sciences and Math

The College of Charleston Center for Sciences and Mathematics building is a state of the art research facility totaling $58,000,000  in construction costs, the largest project to date for The College of Charleston.

W. B. Guimarin & Co., Inc. was selected to perform the HVAC and Plumbing scopes of work (over $10 million of the total construction cost of the building).  The Science Center required many unique systems to be installed.

The project was so successful that WBG was awarded an Eagle Award by ABC Carolinas for Specialty Project over $10 Million for 2010.
