What To Expect With Your Service Call

When you call WBG’s Service Group, you’ll immediately speak with our team.  They will inquire about the issue, point of contact, and any other pertinent information.  After, WBG’s Service Coordinator will provide our Service Technician’s estimated time of arrival. When the Service Technician arrives at your site, they will begin work and may call your designated point of contact with questions or updates.  We look forward to being your HVAC contractor of choice here in South Carolina.
