The Heritage Condominiums, a luxury residential building in downtown Columbia, relies on a central cooling tower to support the water source heat pump serving the 80 residential units and more than 14,000 square feet of shared amenities. As part of a planned capital improvement project, WBG’s Special Projects Team replaced the aging cooling tower with a new Baltimore Aircoil FXV cooling tower, ensuring the building would continue providing dependable temperature control heading into the peak cooling season. Careful coordination with the building management allowed the project to move forward on schedule while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

The result was a needed system upgrade that will support the comfort of the residents throughout the building.
