McMillan Federal Courthouse in Florence, SC.  The failing Liebert Mini-Mate system, a specialized HVAC system essential for maintaining climate control in for the facilities server room, was having issues keeping the necessary temperature for the area.

Upon inspection, WBG’s HVAC technician had discovered a significant refrigerant leak within the system.  Given the complexity of where the system was located, the client was understandably doubtful that a complete coil replacement could in fact be completed within a single days time.  But with our experience in being a Liebert contractor here in South Carolina, our technicians knew how to properly complete the coil replacement with their in-field experience and classroom training.

Against the expectations of working with other HVAC contractors, W.B. Guimarin’s Service Team successfully sourced & installed the new coil with a business days time.  The client was not only impressed…but ecstatic with the speed and quality of the repair and getting the Liebert unit back up and running ensuring minimal disruption to courthouse operations.
