WBG’s Team congratulates Maria Sanchez for her continued teamwork & work ethic being completed at the Saluda Elementary School jobsite. With her past years of experience, construction knowledge, and leading from the front, WBG’s crew is ahead of schedule with the scope of work being completed on the new school.

Maria first got into construction following her uncle whom was a heavy equipment operator. Learning the intricate trades of both welding & sheet metal work she was entrenched to continue working in the construction world…and has been doing so for well over 22 years.

Guimarin’s Sheet Metal Superintendent, Chad Hutchins, has been at the forefront in helping Maria progress with the various sheet metal jobs she has been on in South Carolina. Guimarin’s approach in consistent mentorship allows our team members like Maria to continually raise the bar in excellence in all that we do.
