With well over 20 years of experience in mechanical construction, W.B. Guimarin is proud to announce the advancement of Coy Burdick from Site Foreman to WBG’s HVAC Special Projects Team for the Low Country region in South Carolina.  Coy brings with him an extensive amount of job site experience in both bringing life to a project that was once a blueprint, as well as leading from the front as a foreman on large scale commercial jobs throughout the state of South Carolina.

Coming up in high school, he had gotten his first experience in the industrial world working onsite at a local pipe factory.  Gaining experience in working alongside seasoned pros, Coy quickly became proficient in the skills needed to cut, bevel, and bend pipe to the customers’ demands.

“I’ve always know I wanted to work with my hands in the construction world.  Just made sense to me.”

As Coy’s construction experience grew, he worked on new construction jobs throughout the Southeast region in helping give buildings life through the necessary mechanical work on various schools, hospitals, and detention centers.  WBG was able to bring Coy on initially with our Construction Team in 2020, and he has been a formidable team member since his initial day with our group.

“I’m pretty excited to be in this role as a project/sales guy.  It is on me to get the (HVAC) project right for our customers…my 21 years of general contracting knowledge allows for me to give our clients a realistic idea of what all is going to entail to get the project completed.”
