Safety

Safety is constantly on our minds at W. B. Guimarin.  Twice in the past ten years we have surpassed 1,000,000 man hours with no lost time accidents, and have been recognized by our trade organizations and the State of South Carolina for our safety program.

All of our trade foreman have OSHA 30-Hour certification, and we train all field personnel to the OSHA 10-Hour certification level.  In addition to the new hire safety orientation that all employees undergo, we perform weekly job site “Tool Box Talks” to overview general safety topics and “Daily Huddles” to address any specific hazards.
