Project Management

WBG’s Project Managers have all come from different backgrounds -- some are also professional engineers, some came up from the field, some came to us straight from college.  All follow W. B. Guimarin’s proactive Project Management approach to deliver exceptional systems to our customers.

If a Project Manager has not been involved during the estimating and design process, we hold an initial turnover meeting so that all facets of a projects specifications, schedule, and budget have been outline to management.  We aggressively plan our projects, believing that more work on the front end saves the project from last minute hold ups.  Working directly with our customers and with field supervision, Project Management guides a project through the construction process.
